Dynamic Conflict Solving

Home: Welcome

Facilitating understanding and decision making

For the last three decades I have been involved in nonprofit organizations. Working in the field of development and fundraising, negotiating with donors, foundations, trustees and testators, meeting them in Israel and abroad and solving a lot of challenges for the organizations I represented.

My Story

I deeply care about other people, and I have always managed to develop close and warm relationships with the people with whom I have worked, whether it was with superiors, colleagues, donors, testators and of course disputants.

As a trained, licensed and professional mediator, I am committed to the process be. I amvery interested in how I can best help others and facilitate open communication through dialogue and empathy. While being creative and very good at seeing the big picture, I am also very loyal, caring, interested in others and sensitive to feelings.

I will be happy to be this impartial and neutral third party that will assist you in resolving a conflict and help you to find the optimal solution to your dispute, by using a structured and interactive process with specialized communication and negotiation techniques.

With my fluency in five different languages (English, Hebrew, French, German and Luxembourgish), my vast knowledge of different cultures, my excellence in interpersonal relationships, my diplomacy, my tact and my sense of humor will help you understand why it is so crucial to "never cut what you can untie!"

NGO's , Funds, and Donors Mediation

Helping Hands

Why NGO's, foundations, and donors?

I have been in the fundraising world for over three decades and witnessed a number of scenarios with unsatisfied Donors and Foundations. Therefore I am in a unique position to mediate between NGOs, foundations, and obviously "unhappy' donors.

"Olim" Integration and Cultural Mediation

How can I help immigrants?

When it comes to new Olim, I will do everything to help them, as I remember how challenging it was for me when I made Aliyah. We all know that the language barrier is the main challenge for Olim - and even well-settled migrants - as it affects the ability to communicate with others.

Zoom and mediation

Zoom to date has proven to be a reliable and robust tool to help everyone achieve his/her interests. The zoom mediation works exactly the same way as face-to-face mediation.

So if you live abroad and can't or don’t want to come to Israel, don't hesitate to contact me if you have a conflict with your neighbor, with your kablan, architect, plumber etc…. and I will be happy to mediate even by zoom

Success Stories

"I am an Olah hadasha from France and Judith Schwed-Lion has been successful in persuading the parties to agree on a resolution of the case. It is her unique combination of patience and understanding of personal dynamics and culture gaps that has led us to these positive results. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her services as a mediator."
