Mediation Services
Mediation provides an opportunity for finding a solution for business, organizational, and/or personal disputes. It offers parties full control over both the process to which their dispute is submitted as well as the outcome of the process. Mediation is not bound by the limitations of the strict legal rights and obligations of the parties, rather it utilizes a more personalized and creative way of looking at each party's position. It is a non-binding procedure and helps you to stay in control. Each party may terminate the mediation at any stage, if it feels that it is not making any progress, that the procedure is becoming too costly, or that the other party is not acting in good faith.

Wills and bequests
The wills and bequests' mediation system focuses on
providing a dispute-resolution mechanism
to families and/or organizations who are in dispute regarding a bequest.
Family mediation encourages the parties – often siblings -- to focus on the future and problem solving strategies rather than the problems of the past. When I was the manager of the wills and bequests department of a big well-known organization, I negotiated with testators and heirs worldwide.

The experience I have accumulated over the years has helped me to develop close and warm relationships with them and I have always managed to help them find a win-win situation.

Divorcing through mediation?
Family mediation is a process in which a neutral third party will help you work out future arrangements for children and finances following separation, as well as finding a way to parent your children cooperatively after separation.

Remember that as co-parents, the two of you are bound together. Maybe it doesn’t sound ideal right now, but like it or not, your former spouse will always be family. I will help you to be friendly and respectful to each other.
I have been trained to work with separating couples in ways that are flexible and tailor-made for your situation.
I also can help you change or modify arrangements that you’ve made in the past, particularly as your children grow up. The process i less stressful and significantly quicker than going to court, and you can save a lot of money

"Olim" Integration and Cultural Mediation
How can I help immigrants?
When it comes to new Olim, I will do everything to help them, as I remember how challenging it was for me when I made Aliyah. We all know that the language barrier is the main challenge for Olim - and even well-settled migrants - as it affects the ability to communicate with others.
But let's not forget that there are huge cultural differences and that the general understanding of immigrants can be based upon falsehoods, misunderstandings, and myths. Very often these false ideas cause large conflicts in many aspects of their life.

I speak fluent Hebrew, English, French, German and Luxembourgish so I am happy in helping to mediate for new Olim with major or even minor conflicts, which may arise in areas such as housing, family, custody, etc. I can assist you to solve problems that are very often based on a difference in language and culture.

Resolve your disputes through dialogue and prevent the next dispute or appearance in court. Mediation can help immigrants become part of Israeli society and overcome integration obstacles.
Zoom and mediation
Zoom to date has proven to be a reliable and robust tool to help everyone achieve his/her interests. The zoom mediation works exactly the same way as face-to-face mediation.
