About: About

Why should you try it?

It enjoys a remarkably high rate of success

The parties always remain in control

of the dispute

It minimizes the cost-exposure entailed in settling the dispute

It helps to achieve a speedy settlement

It offers you  the assurance of confidentiality concerning the dispute

In certain cases it even preserves and/or develops a meaningful relationship between the parties to the dispute

What is the meaning of mediation?

Mediation provides an opportunity for finding a solution for business, organizational, and/or personal disputes. It offers parties full control over both the process to which their dispute is submitted as well as the outcome of the process. Mediation is not bound by the limitations of the strict legal rights and obligations of the parties, rather it utilizes a more personalized and creative way of looking at each party's position. It is a non-binding procedure and helps you to stay in control. Each party may terminate the mediation at any stage, if it feels that it is not making any progress, that the procedure is becoming too costly, or that the other party is not acting in good faith.

How does it work?

first meeting with both parties where I will listen to both parties

Following meetings, I will gather more information and identify the issues and the needs of the parties – probably by individual meetings with each party

The parties will develop and bring up options for some settlement, and they will evaluate the options

We will conclude with an agreement and in some cases, a contract
